There’s no need to give your newborn a bath every day. Three times a week might be enough until your baby becomes more mobile. Bathing your baby too much can dry out his or her skin. Bathing your newborn less often than once a week could result in rashes between the folds of the baby’s skin or in their nappy area, so best to stick with 3x a week.
