Oh no! We loved car mirrors with our kids. Make sure they have a full belly and clean bum too.

Maybe a few short trips to get bub acclimatised to the car again. And try blocking out their view of outside the car while it’s moving

Agree with all of these ideas. Maybe also try going for short trips for a while too?

Playing music and singing always is a good one with bubs and little ones and even big ones! 😉

At 8 months I’m guess bub is rear facing? You could give them a toy, play some child friendly music and talk to them. Tell them you’re going (insert where you are going) and it’s going to be fun etc. Some kids suffer from reflux which is worse in the car but at a guess I’d suggest they just want to see what’s going on as they are more aware of their surroundings. Could also be the sun shining on their eyes? That was an issue with mine
