Just an update after doing this for 5 days, following the workout plan it provides, I lost over 3 kgs and lost inches off my body. Also my butt is more rounded, toned, and has more volume; I never thought there was anything wrong with my bum but this has just made it magnificent. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone looking for a fun but very intense workout that makes you lose weight, get toned, and most importantly gives you a more amazing bum. Just amazing I love it and will recommend it to everyone I know wanting to workout with it just love love this to anyone looking to try it, DO IT it will be the best decision of your life going from my results.

I’ve been doing it for three days now. My kids’ dad said that my bum has become more rounded and getting more shape to it. I’ve also noticed my boobs are lifting up, my boobs starting sagging more when I got pregnant; I’m an E to F cup normally but when I got pregnant the first time I went up to a large F this time I’ve gone up to a G or higher I’m not even sure so my boobs sagged more then usual but after just three days my boobs seem to be sitting higher even though they’re still full of milk. Makes me very happy because I was a bit upset when my chest started to sag.

I must say the workouts are intense. I can’t do everything because of my wrist but I improvise and do everything else, sometimes a bit longer when I can plank or do push-ups due to my wrist. I’m feeling the burn I’ll tell you that much. It’s only been two days but my thighs are killing me; my thighs, my arms, my side muscles, my stomach muscles, and my bum hurt. I’m hoping this means I’ll see results will keep you all updated.

I just started today out of both being sick, slack, and injured still injured but over putting it off. It’s a hectic workout can’t wait to see if I get results.

I’ve donr this with a friend that owned the DVDs. It was fun. Great for a laugh, but I couldn’t see any real benefit for it for me.. Good luck for you though!

I’ve never heard of it either sorry. Whatever makes you happy I guess. If you can afford it and you’re happy to give it a go then why not. Good ol’ exercise is the only thing guaranteed to work though unfortunately. Or you could just stand next to me and I’m sure your butt would look amazing!

I think this is like most things that seem to good to be true. I had the fat cultivation done and don’t believe that worked.

I love watching this infomercial. That Brazilian guy just makes me want to buy the product. I’m skeptical of the results too & I’m curious to know if anyone has tried it.
