Ive never had an issue with bubs sucking on them, and i have had 4 babies! They tend to play with them and try and pull them back, id keep them on the shorter side due to when they grow out, having to use your hands more you may find they will catch on things, snap, or just be annoying when trying to dress bub! I find them more annoying because im so busy, but go out and treat yourself, youll feel so much better with glammed up hands! ????

Why do you let your son suck on your fingers ?? Bad habit and don’t let it start at all .

I am not a fan of long nails or nail polish – I would not let him suck on your fingers. Offer him something more appropriate.

Definitely get them done; but short and rounded so you don’t accidentally scratch bub.

I think the only issue would be having your nails too long as not only can they scratch your child but they harbour nasty germs and bacteria underneath. I personally keep my nail quite short for this reason, but I am just a little paranoid about germs.

I’d definitely get them done, just not too long & square/round them so you don’t scratch bubs 🙂

They should be fine as long as you don’t get them pointy
Either get them rounded off or get the square ones with filed edges, so bubs can’t hurt themselves.

I would definitely get them done. Pamper yourself. I wouldn’t let your son sick on them though. I think the chemicals could be dangerous.

I would just make sure that the nails are not to long so you dont scratch him.Nail polish does have a lot of chemicals in it,so i wouldnt let him suck on your finger.

It’s just a personal preference really. I say go for it and spoil yourself 🙂

Probably not, but I’d try not to let him suck them, just in case.

The chemicals does not affect him however, when you have them done be careful of the length you can scratch him and then you feel awful! That’s what happen to me whilst I was getting used to the length. It’s nice having them done but hard to keep the up keep with a bub

I’ve heard of not having ur hair dyed while pregnant because of the chemicals…. But I think the tiny amount of nail polish he may chew off won’t cause him any harm – defiantly enjoy ur self and go have some pamper time and don’t take him into the salon as the chemicals and smells will be way too much for his little nose/eyes….but I don’t think u need to worry about him ingesting anything nasty from ur nails…..
