Yes! I take a magnesium supplement and its been fantastic. I also have a spray with magnesium that I use when my daughter has growing pains and she says thats great as well 🙂

You can buy magnesium bath salts that work really well.

I take 1 Warner’s magnesium tablet daily and 1 calcium tablet every 2nd or 3rd day. to much calcium is not good for your heart.

Yeah I thought it was good too.
Arnica is meant to work too. It’s a natural product.

Yes, magnesium is very good against cramps, stress and low mood. Difficulties sleeping too!
