The current recommendations state that from post breast feeding until the age of two, children should drink full fat milk. Then from age two, they can drink reduced fat (not skim) milk. Shouldn’t they still be drinking full fat milk for a few more years to strengthen their bones?
Forum Isn’t the age of 2 too young to step down to reduced fat milk?
