As far as I know, you can enter as often as you want, as long as your response is not a duplicate of previous responses.

I know I’ve accidentally entered in one twice as it was the start and end of the month with it still being there, and giving me the option to enter again. I didn’t win, nor have I actually won any prize from the competitions section – been a member well over 10 years. However I have been lucky enough to win member participation prizes, so maybe that’s why I don’t win the regular prizes.
