Change and check nappies more regularly and use a really good nappy cream like Bethanpan, not sure how you spell it.

Change nappies regularly with a bit of nappy powder and having more regular baths could help with a sore bum

Oooohhhh, sore bum from runny poo is so painful 🙁 Change regularly and as soon as nappy is soiled. Use a good nappy rash cream, such as Sudocreme. And some nappy free time will help

Try something like bonjela or other teething gels. Usually something cold will help. There are mwah type teethera u can get and u place an ice cube or fruit in it so your bun can chew in it and it provides some relief.

Teething gels, panadol, teething toys, ice blocks, a good nappy rash cream, plenty of cuddles and lots of patience !
