Are you good at hair? I would love to see some step by step instructions on how to do nice but easy (i’m a little uncoordinated) hair styles for when I want to do something a little different or am going out for dinner, to a wedding or a party etc. I don’t have time to spend hours and hours doing complicated styles, but don’t always want it to be either straight or left wavy/curly with a few bobby pins holding the front back if you know what I mean.

There is only one way to find out…do it! Just make one video, load it and see how many views you have! That will be a good indicator to see how popular it is, people will leave all kinds of feedback, some not so nice, just don’t get disheartned by those ones as some people have nothing nice to say. I think its a good idea sharing mum stuff and then ofcourse any awesome hair and make things i love the videos about how to do hair dor my daughter

well i think that is interesting idea!
first up every woman and her dog has a make-up tutorial on youtube! so think about what will make you stand out? if you are going for the mummy angle, i think that is great. now think about a unique name to call yourself or your channel. and post! a lot of people have catchy phrases that they drop in the vid, so you will remember them. get your friends and social media followers to promote you. i have over 7500 followers on twitter in a year. in saying that, i engage them as real people and i have built up a repoire with them and usually people only have a few hundred. i also only follow 5500 of them back so it is flattering to have fans! i think that you will need these other platforms of social media to boost your channel. and it will take a lot of work if you want to be successful and maybe will lead you to getting paid per view, if you are popular.

if you are doing this for boredom or fun, then definately go for it! i don’t want to sound discouraging as i am sure that a lot of people will really appreciate it. if you write a post and say what your channel is called, i will check it out for sure! just make sure that you have a good quality camera. have fun and hopefully you enjoy the experience.

oh also upload a test vid and gauge the time that it takes to upload a vid. i have put up five and they took all night and i have adsl2
