There’s a great FB page and group called Put A Cup In It, which is a great source of info on using these products, discussions of different cups available etc. Well worth joining the page.
I found initially it can take a few tries to get it sitting comfortably. But they are MUCH better and freeing. I couldn’t imagine going back to convectional methods.
@mom93821 some of this may be TMI so beware lol i bought mine from Pelvi.com it was approx $45 for 2 or $38ish for 1. I started after i had my last baby and although i’ve always been fairly light and dont need many products each cycle, I’d say i’ve made my money back already. Pads used to irritate me and during summer due to sweat i’d sometimes get sores. I’m really happy with my purchase. It did take a day or 2 to get the hang of it
