Try to give your child at least 350ml of milk a day, or 2 servings of foods made from milk, such as cheese, yoghurt or fromage frais. Semi-skimmed milk can be introduced from the age of 2, provided your child is a good eater and growing well for their age.
However one-year-olds no longer need formula, and can now switch to whole milk. Some toddlers never drink milk; if that’s the case with your child, please don’t force it. Toddlers need the nutrients in milk — calcium and protein — but these nutrients are also available from other sources. Toddlers do not need milk.
i just went with the flow and the kids had whatever. i would give them toast or other things for breakfast too so that they had variety so yeah. kids love milk though.
What ever they want, my children weren’t fussy when it can to milk they loved it, whether it would be breast or cows milk they have what they felt like
