  • I’ve never found anything but serious drugs that works. Some people swear by acupuncture, and cool cloths on the forehead.

  • As others have suggested try drinking water as a first option. Heat packs or a warm shower can also be soothing.

  • Have a cup of coffee when you first notice getting a migraine, then drinks lots and lots of water. The caffeine helps with migraines, the water helps your hydration. Then have a nap in a dark room and place a heat pack on the back of your neck.

  • I drink af ull glass of water , then head for a warm shower. then relaxyourself with some sleep or if you meditate, that a good way too.

  • I usually have a nice shower and meditate/yoga for a little bit. then ask my partner for a soothing head massage if needed.

  • Migrastick from chemists. Very small roll on for the temples and back of neck. Peppermint & lavender which cools and relaxes. Works immediately. Can keep in fridge. In bag.

  • I used to get them all the time. Ive had my darth pierced and have hardly had any since. 100% recommend it. I have a long shower and go to bed with my head on the side laying on a ice pack. That helps really well.

  • I have tried natural remedies there are some good one in the chemist though mainly for stress though drinking water and having plenty of sleep might help along with other useful tips

  • Heat packs work really well for me. I also recommend tiger balm.

  • Aromatherapy will say to use Lavender, however, as someone who works with Essential oils, I found Peppermint Essential Oil works far better for my headaches. (But straight Lavender also triggers headaches for me – IDK). Take a 5-10 minute breather, relax, breathe, hydrate and remove yourself from stimuli.

  • There is a pressure point in between your thumb and pointing finger (in the webbed part there) Pressing on that firmly for a few minutes helps. Also lavender scent is good for headaches
