Nothing will induce labour unless labour is imminent. Having said that, a natural, scientifically proven way to induce labour is with nipple stimulation. It takes dedication, but the release of oxytocin is what leads to contractions. If nipple stimulation gets contractions going, they may well continue on their own if labour is imminent.

Simply walking and being busy. Nesting is a good idea. Cleaning out cupboards etc..

There are many theories out there but I would let the baby come out when it is ready.

Lots of sex! You won’t get much of it after baby is born, so have fun now lol. The sperm does something to the cervix which helps it efface and start contractions. Good luck
