We all have different rhythms and so do our children. My youngest start calling for me at 4.30am at the moment. She falls asleep around 8.30pm. I myself am a early bird too. My eldest could always stay up till very late even as a little child.
I do!!!! When you say nightowl do you mean around midnight? Because that’s my son. Before anyone judges me my son likes waiting until his dad gets home from work and he finishes work 11pm most nights. He wakes up after 10am most days and naps later in the afternoon. My son doesn’t have anywhere he needs to be and I’m a stay at home mum so it works for us.
Every household is different if he is a night owl and it doesn’t worry you let him become exhausted. Once school starts put in a routine for bedtime and be consistent.
After busy days full of activities everyone in this household is ready for sleep time!
A regular sleep time routine helps with establishing a good sleep pattern.
