I found the comments really helpful. I was going to suggest find the pasta machine’s manufacturers handbook which usually contains pasta recipes specific for that machine.

Try the recipes for pasta on this site – there is a section dedicated to them. They are pretty tasty.

The recipe i use is
600g Tipo “00” plain flour
Pinch of salt
6 large eggs.

Mix altogether using your fingertips incorporate a little at a time until all is combined.
Knead the dough until it you get a nice big smooth lump of dough.
Then wrap in cling film and place in fridge for at least half an hour.
Then when ready to use just knead briefly and start your rolling.
