Hello!

“Im hoping that u ladies can help me or maybe post this on your page in the hope that other moms out there might. Im 31 weeks pregnant now. And i have 2 problems
1: extreme nausea has decided to come back and its horrible as i feel like vomiting all day long
2: I havent grown much in this pregnancy and really look like im jut hiding a ball under my shirt, now thats not much of a problem but the lill one inside is kicking soo badly that it basically prevents me from being able to fall asleep as its seriously painful. I can feel her every move and im half the day in agonising pain. Is there any way i can get a good night sleep? I tried tea and hot bath and hot shower and massaging my tummy but nothing worked” Do you have any tips for these pregnancy questions?

  • For the nausea I would suggest ginger tea.

  • Pregnancy pillow, a nice back massage. Try sleep in the day? Poor thing!

  • I was like that too and I couldn’t walk 5 meters without excruciating pain or sleep at all. Hope all is well. good luck.

  • your bub is active and that is a good sign.. Maybe some chamomile tea?

  • How did you end up going?

  • I hope that all went well for you.

  • Hope all went well with your pregnancy

  • Body pillows can sometimes be of help when you are trying to get to sleep.

  • I hope you found some tips that you used for your pregnancy

  • Sounds like u have a very active bub. Be prepared before u give birth lol

  • I hope you got through it ok and you’re feeling better

  • Having that nausea is horrible! U poor thing

  • I was huge with my first and basketball size with my second, I wouldn’t worry about that. If your doctor is happy then you shouldn’t worry. I sipped ginger beer or dry ginger ale when I felt sick but if it is extreme I am sure your doctor can give you something to help. My daughter use to kick me that it bought tears to my eyes but I just rubbed my belly and always played music sounds silly but it worked.

  • thats not good from any point of view. try to comfrt her by rubbing where she kicks gently. talk to baby ( sounds silly but they can hear you!) and reassure her it will be okay, i found with my second he was very active, so much so he had the cord around his neck

  • Sleep upright in a comfy chair!! good luck :)

  • Maxalon helped with my nausea/vomiting and a pregnancy/body pillow helped for sleeping especially when I was pregnant with my twins and was very uncomfortable.

  • i had the same problem with my last bub moving around an kicking my ribs at night i could feel her move all night it took me awhile to get sleep too. im not sure if i did anything or just had to wait for her to stop moving before i could go to sleep.. hope all goes well for u an u get some sleep.

  • also a pregnancy pillow may help

  • maybe get a scan just to make sure every things ok. You

  • Try headphones on your belly with Bach !
