Hello!

Prenatal support leggings – I just wanted to ask other mums out there if they had any recommendations on prenatal support leggings for working out? I need some support for my growing belly! Thank you.

  • u could try your local hospital ….

  • How did you end up going?

  • I got mine from pumpkin patch and they were fantastic for support. I lived in them

  • What leggings did you end up getting?

  • what did you get in the end?

  • What did you end up getting?

  • My normal leggings saw me through pretty much everything

  • And if so where did you get them?

  • Did you end up finding a good pair?

  • I have not heard of these before, sorry.

  • Did you find any good ones?

  • Make sure you get the right size, or they will not be of any use, too uncomfortable.

I just Googled Prenatal Support Leggings and looked through the results and found this website

  • You could try a belly bra? I found that anything I out over my belly just rolled down, so I would wear pants with a drawstring that sat under my belly.

  • i found some on ebay, they are pretty expensive though. see if you can get a copy from target or big w

  • I didn’t know you could get support leggings, I just wore pregnancy track pants

  • See if you can get a pair of the hospital grade ones. They make knee and thigh length. Totally not glamorous but I used them and they helped. I just had knee highs. I think you can get them in tan these days. Try the pharmacy. Or ask at your midwife clinic

  • I just wear hold me right from big w they are only $25

  • There are some around but most are uncomfortable.

  • I bought some but found them uncomfortable, too tight around the hips when they are rolled down like they show you (these are the kind that you wear pre and post natal for support and to help you get back in shape). I may have gotten a size too small. So this time around I bought a support bandage as I will be having another c-section and it is very supportive for may back and belly. It’s this exact one-http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/New-Pregnancy-Maternity-Abdominal-Back-Support-Strap-Belt-Belly-Band-4-Sizes-/190704674751?pt=AU_Maternity_Clothing&var&hash=item2c66e267bf&_uhb=1
