Thermomix has a newsletter that you can subscribe to which includes recipes. Also they have recipe books for sale. A friend has one and it looks great.

There is a group on Facebook for thermomix and people post their recipes all the time.

Have you tried the Recipe Community? Also you can google what you are looking for with Thermomix or TMX at the end and you will be surprised how many recipes come up.
