I only ever shop in kmart, target, bigw etc for shoes for people of all ages and have never had an issue finding something

Just saw your question now, incase you haven’t found anything for her yet and not sure if it helps but it does depend on her shoe size a child/teen shoe size 3/4 equates to approx a 5/6 ladies so that might open up a variety for you. Not something that is actually told to people so can make it hard but- we found out while in the states and has helped us especially with sneakers! All the best

Dress shoes I can only recommend City Beach, they are fun but still casual. A lot of the surf wear shops try to cater for the younger ‘tweens’

I depends if you are looking for dressy shoes, casual or those she can play sports in and quality . Do you want them “fitted” no just off the shelf? Some shoe stores offer a great range but have now idea about them being the right size or fitting the individual foot. I don’t know if you are aware of the fact that you always have one foot a bit larger than the other. You need to try both shoes on to make sure one of them is not too tight. Also one pair of the same size may be more comfortable than another. I have found this numerous times. If you want shoes suitable for sports I have found that Amart are very good. Rebel is too. Amart may be cheaper though. Spendless are not always cheaper than other shoe shops or discount stores such as Kmart or Target. Spendless do have some that are their own brand the same as some other Discount stores. Another place for good quality different types of shoes (including modern styles for teenagers) is Rivers. I’m not sure what Williams have these days. They do fit shoes according to width.

depends on what shoes you want. If sports shoes, go to Athletes foot for proper fitting. Casual or dress shoes I find payless shoes have a good intermediate range.

I would look online, just check their returns policies first, more to choose from.
