Hello!

Looking for recommendations on tandem prams that aren’t ridiculously expensive :) and not side by side, I have a baby due in 3 months, and an almost two year old, so we’re looking for a decent tandem :)

  • We never bought brand name prams – I can’t remember what our double was, but we found it by going to an outlet centre and browsing.

  • I’ve had great experience with Phil & Teds and would recommend it to anyone. When they’re too expensive for you, have a look on ebay, you might find a second hand one in a good condition.

  • I have a Phil and teds which is one of the cheaper tandem pgrams around, I love it, and have used it for 6 kids.

  • Interesting!

  • I love the mountian buggy one+

  • I love my strider! check out buy/swap/sell sites for bargins!

  • You can check it on eBay or baby warehouse .

  • Did you end up getting one?

  • I would be checking out places like ebay, the trading post and see if you could get a better pram for the amount you wish to pay.

  • Wow Rach you have them all lol

  • Deals Direct may have something for you

  • Check out your local buy swap and sell sites on facebook too, I often see a lot of people selling prams on them.

  • Try eBay or gumtree. Not as expensive

  • I would be haunting the second hand pram shops and let them know what you are looking for and give them your number!

  • i would have to recommend the baby jogger city select, is is fantastic!

  • I got a phil and ted dash for my newborn and 21 month old, it can be use as a single and not too heavy. I got it 2nd hand from ebay and still looks brand new so im so happy about it.

  • I’d turn to google, do a search and find one with the features you’re after, within your price range. I find reading reviews online very helpful before deciding on a product. Then go into the store and test it out. That’s what I did and ended up going for a zippy little side by side stroller from big w for $199. I was originally wanting a tandem.

  • I used a phil and teds sport for when I had a newborn and toddler at the same time. This was really versatile for the different ages and stages of the newborn in particular.
