Using sunscreen every day is a must in my opinion.

Some of us are blessed with a beautiful skin. I myself never had stretch marks, but have quite a dry skin so it’s impossible to avoid wrinkles. My mum is 86yrs old and has less wrinkles than me age 57yrs old ! I think it’s important to moisturize the skin, but in the meantime just accept wrinkles and aging.
For my face I use a homemade cream made of shea butter, coconut oil and raw honey as I’ve had many allergic reactions on store bought products

I use reliable and affordable Vitamin E cream and it does not get rid of wrinkles but my skin is soft.

Lancome is fantastic for eye cream but expensive and L’oreal is good for face cream at an affordable price and rose-hip oil or a serum under moisturer helps alot!

Sunscreen and any god moisturiser will help.

My partner put me onto Nutrimetics Apricot Oil Balm – it is devine smelling and works really well

Used Palmer’s Cocoa butter with Vitamin E whilst I was pregnant. Only needed one bottle for the entire duration of the pregnancy. Worked a treat, nil stretch marks.

I like emu oil and apricot oil. I think trying to stay out of the sun, drink lots of water and quitting sugar is supposed to help with your skin’s appearance too.

I use Gaia belly butter (pregnant or not). It smells great & I found it made my stretch marks fade pretty quickly 🙂 As for my face, I haven’t found a product that works that doesn’t give me pimples 🙁

i love olay. there are many things that you can do to help improve the look of your skin and definately drink a lot of water.

I have heard that Bio Oil does help a little, should try that out, used a sample a couple of days ago, makes the skin smooth

Stretch marks and wrinkles are unavoidable – I have just embraced them! 😉

I haven’t found any that are good – would love to here what others say.

Must say, wrinkles are part of ageing gracefully – best remedy is sunscreen and feeling comfortable in your own body. As for stretch marks – keeping the area well moisturised really helps.
