Yep its definitely possible if you’re comfortable with it. I had a friend who was still feeding her toddler while pregnant but the toddler decided to stop because the milk tasted different…

If you feel comfortable then yes, keep breastfeeding.

Doing both would certainly be a drain on the body. You would need to have a very good diet to feed the baby inside you as well as the baby already born. It could be too demanding for some
