I used any music that we listened to in the car, that way if we travelled long distances he would sleep in the car without us having to listen to lullabys. Unfortunately I now have a 4 year old that loves midnight oil and war of the worlds (thanks to hubby)
I use white noise from the womb. My baby sleeps with this every night and has done since 3 days old. Drowns out any noise we make and let’s him know it’s sleep time. He’s 8 months old.
Search for some ‘rockabyes’… They are rock and pop songs that have been turned into lullabies. Great for the bubs and fun for the mums and dads to listen to
White noise is great. You can even download a white noise app to your iPhone and play it that way. Even something as simple as a fan in the room can do wonders
Brahms, Mozart, Tchaikovsky, any gentle classical music is great to play for babies, or children of any age. Perhaps not ‘In the Hall of the Mountain King’ though when they’re trying to sleep ;D
