Hello!

Would just like to know what work outs people are doing or even some healthier meals during the first trimester? I am only 5 weeks pregnant. But would still like to keep fit and healthy and my last pregnancy I let myself go.

  • Yes I did a lot of walking too, would walk to the shops take, the stairs wherever possible and never the lift or escalator, would lift the shopping bags to shoulder level whilst walking into the house etc and ate only the healthy stuff.


  • Walking and yoga for me. I was a pretty healthy eater from the start but increased my fruit a veggie intake
