Hello!

Just wondering if I could ask a question please to get a variety if opinions hopefully. For anyone that owns a Thermomix -are you happy with the decision you made to purchase it and does it save you time and money? And any other comments about it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Is a thermomix worth it?

  • If it was mine, I’m pretty sure it’d be used a couple of times then become a cupboard filler

  • Some people I know use their thermomix and others do not!

  • I struggle with them – cooking in very expensive plastic to me. I won a Bellini (similar thing) and sold it unused. We are trying to remove all plastic from our home, so I am not a fan.

  • Yes totally 100% love mine. Very much worth it.

  • Really interesting reading the comments on this!

  • There are cheaper machines around now that do the same job. Every appliance supplier is out to compete with the other so good Idea to look around

  • there are some good comments here

  • It’s good to hear the feedback. My husband really wants us to get one but i just can’t justify the money!

  • I think there are more similar machines available now so worth comparing the features and prices

  • i personally dont have one. i love to cook and spend time in the kitchen. it’s a family thing at my house. i do know people who highly rate the all in one from target. the bellini brand. i think it’s under $300.

  • Have you decided to get one?

  • I think the Tefal Cook4Me would be a better option but that’s just my personal opinion based on what I’d like and use it for.

  • Did you end up getting one?

  • I think it really depends on what you want out of it to whether the Thermomix is for you. I would try and work out what you want out of it. What you would cook etc to see if it is really the product you are after. One of the pros I think is reducing packaged foods, preservatives etc as it is quite easy and fast to do most things.

  • Its good to know that there are other ones similar to it and at the fraction of the price thanks

  • Its good to read the answers thanks

  • The small quantities seem to make it not worth it. The Tefal one would probably be a better investment.

  • It would be worth it if you use it a lot. All I know is I WANT ONE!!!!!

  • my friend has one, she said it cook really well. for me I think is a bit expensive

  • Interested in finding an answer too
