I have a under active thyroid and I’ve tried to eat what they say and then it’s not much difference to what I like eating. You can google and you will be amazed what information on your condition is available.
Look them up they’re quite easy and I’m not sure if it matters if your thyroid is over or under active whether foods may be different for each…. It depends but seeweed maybe good
Have you been to a GP for a list of foods you can eat and a list of foods to avoid? Once you know, Google those ingredients for some great meal suggestions
Fruit, vegetables, fish, nuts, seeds… Some people say that nightshades (tomatoes and capsicums for example) are better to be avoided if you have thyroid problems, but as always is difficult to say. Other people also say to avoid gluten.
