There are some shampoos that are supposed to help, though I don’t know if there’s any scientific evidence behind them.

Take some iron supplements with vitamin c it does help the hair to grow back

Hairdresser said give it 2 years after birth for it to go back to normal and vitamin D tablets

Use good anti hairfall shampoo or use hair food as well mixture of yogurt and egg as hair pack

Use caster oil dilute to any other oil massage with it and wash use some hair food as well

Postpartum hair loss is a normal – and temporary – postpartum change that is unrelated to breastfeeding. It has to do with hormone changes during pregnancy and post partum and it takes time for your body to go back to normal. Most women will return to their usual hair growth cycle between 6 and 12 months after birth. Many new moms notice hair loss – sometimes quite dramatic – around three months postpartum.
Be extra gentle during your shedding season to prevent excess hair loss after pregnancy. Shampoo only when necessary (as if you have time to shampoo at all!), and use a good conditioner and a wide-toothed comb to minimize tangling.

be kind and gentle to yourself and try and use only natural things on your hair

Hair growth is different for every one and it may take longer.

I used soft and gentle products on my hair.

Just look after them by using heat protectant spray if using straighteners or other heating tools. To control them, use hair spray and a comb or toothbrush to brush them back or down. I still have mine growing out and its been 7 months or so since I stopped breastfeeding.
