our 2nd daughter hated tummy time at the start… now she loves it… you just take little steps….

My boys HATED tummy time! To get them to do it I used a pillow for support & put Timmy Time on as a distraction. My MCHN didn’t like that I used TV but said it was fine if that was the only way to get them to do it. Once they got better at it we did it on the floor playing with toys 🙂

They learn to enjoy, more so when they start to roll around. Some babies like it more then others. I get down on floor with them and lots of toys to keep them interested in tummy time. Works most of the time, great way to slip in a lie down for mum too lol

my kids loved it and you can make it fun for them too.

My middle daughter loved it, always head up looking for something while on the tummy but my first and third daughter were fussy until they worked out how to roll over onto their backs from the tummy

Mine hated it I had a play mat with a pillow with toys on it but still didn’t like it but used to love sleeping on her tummy

Both of my kids hated it. Both used to scream whenever I put them on their tummy. Even with a pillow or rolled up towel, they still didn’t like it.

Mine hated it (screamed hysterically, vomited) until he was 5 months, then suddenly loved it.
He seemed to prefer tummy time when nappy free (perhaps the nappies were restricting hip movement?), and with a rolled up towel under his chest/to his armpits.
