  • I bought a vegetarian pasty from Launching Place bakery. OMG they are so delicious, I’ve been back multiple times to buy more

  • Salads, with the dressing on the side. Zucchini Slice. Cheese sandwiches. Wraps with things like hommus and grated carrot.

  • Jamie Oliver has a cook book out called Everyday Super Foods. There’s lots of fabulous vegetarian recipes in there.

  • My daughter’s favourite school lunch is cheese and tomato sandwiches.

  • salad wraps?
cheese and egg if you eat them
    vegemite wraps

  • Vegetarian sushi is always good too!

  • Wraps, vegetarian slices, savoury muffins; little tubs of salad; fruit pieces and as a treat vegetarian chips and cheese cubes.

  • Pending which type of ‘vegetarian’ diet she is on, lets hope she still eats eggs, fish and dairy, but in a nutshell, what ever she eats at night, give her for school. In the sandwich dept, cucumber, jam, banana, apple, in fact anything she likes between 2 slices of bread.

  • Mini fritattas, with eggs milk and cheese and a variety of veggies would be filling and add some protein to her diet.

  • A vegie bake with all the veggies she enjoys would be good

  • cutting up fruit and veggies and even making themes with them

  • Cut up cucumber, carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes,

  • what about wraps, with peeled cumber, grated carrot etc. sliced up..

  • Salad sandwiches, veggie pasta, pita wraps, fruit salads, the good old vegemite sandwich!

  • zucchini muffins are always a good idea and very easy to make!
