Hello!

I’m a very full in mum and I find my hands seem to suffer a lot. I regularly get dry cracked hands even with regular moisturising and not using soap. Any suggestions on how to treat them naturally?

  • Try washing your hands with sorbolene cream instead of soap.

  • aveeno hand cream and then put cotton gloves on at night. or using a hand shield cream during the day

  • I use heal balm on my hands haha works a treat

  • I use heal balm on my hands. Works a treat

  • The best thing I have found is just plain old fashioned Vaseline. If you can put it on and wear some gloves for a couple of hours and do this daily it should clear it up.

  • My nails have been suffering terribly lately. I’ve been trying rubbing some olive oil into them of a night. Too early to tell, but am hoping it will help

  • Good ol’ Vaseline on backs of hands is very soothing and relieving over chemical filled moisturisers. Not on palms as greasy for palms but a simple natural remedy for extreme dryness.

  • Use as little chemicals on your hands wear gloves to protect them and using a strong hand cream should help

  • I have the same problem, especially in the winter. I always moisturize them, sometimes overnight with coconut oil and cotton gloves. Make sure you drink plenty of water.

  • Sorbelene cream .
    Pawpaw is soothing.
Try to avoid soaps like hand sanitiser with alcohol in it as very drying

  • Paw paw on the hands.
    Or sorbelene.

  • I have had the same issue and I found that Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Concentrated Hand Cream amazing. It was a bit like a barrier cream but fixed my hands within a couple of days

  • Oops! I wrote Vitamin Cream below – it should read Vitamin E cream!

  • Maybe try coconut oil? I also love sukin stuff. Or you may need a dermatology review

  • Coconut oil it’s my answer to everything

  • Maybe some pure vitamin e?

  • I find Loccitane’s hand cream with Shea butter just amazing for my dry hands

  • I used to slather mind in olive oil and put some gloves on, the ones like doctors pull on for procedures, and go to bed. Wearing the gloves overnight really allows for the oil to penetrate and absorb. It helped with mine

  • I smother my hands with cheap and cheerful Vitamin Cream and it really does rejuvenate my hands.

  • Definitely use gloves where you can and try putting moisturiser on and material gloves and let them soak in the moisture.
