I am almost 40 weeks and am struggling with the end of my pregnancy. Are there ways to naturally induce labour?

  • Not a lot you can do unfortunately. It will happen when bubs is ready

  • Nothing proven but they say, walking, bumpy roads, spicy foods and sex. Good luck.
