I’ve tried many remedies, including wart-off pens & sticks. In my experience it’s a temporary fix as the warts return after a while. Wsrts can be rather persistant. When that is the case I suggest to go to the Gp who can freeze them.
Freezing a wart (known as cryotherapy) needs to be carried out by a healthcare professional. It works by exposing the wart to a very cold liquid, such as liquid nitrogen or sprays. This freezes the wart and destroys its skin cells. Salicylic acid can also be used to destroy the wart.
the pharmacist was good and recommended the treatments that we could use but said that the doc will first try salicylic acid to get rid of it. WART OFF is a great product. the stick is easy to use and i think that it is ok for a wide range of ages. do check with the pharmacist.
