I didn’t do yoga when pregnant, I didn’t do much exercise at all, being young I didn’t think I would need to But I do yoga now and I love it, it’s fantastic. It works the body, the muscles, so it tones you up and helps you lose weight. It also helps your bodily organs work to optimum capacity. It’s brilliant
