Hello!

We watch a lot of movies especially during Covid so I’m always looking for new ones to try or the best ones to re-watch.

  • There are too many to choose from. I quite like Julie and Julia, Lion King and Christmas movies. All easy to watch

  • I love rewatching Venom and Black Panther. Those 2 marvel movies are my rewatch go tos. Sweet home Alabama for rom coms!

  • We went back and watched some classics like Indiana Jones, The Wizard of Oz, Singing in the Rain, Chicago, and a lot of animated Disney ones for the kids

  • Family movies
    Maya the bee
    Trolls 1 and 2
    Cars
For yourself it really depends what your into I love anything Adam Sandler

  • My top 3 movies would be The Birdcage, Liar Liar, and Jumanji,

  • Forrest Gump is my all time favourite movie. I’m more of a series watcher then a movie watcher. Currently watching The End on Foxtel. Very confronting, honest with some humour….typically Australian

  • Favorite films As Good As It Gets, Educating Rita and Greystone The Legend Of Tarzen. Family film Water ship Down

  • For me you can’t go past Love Actually, Brigit Jones etc but for family movies we loved Hunt for the Wilderpeople. So many great movies to revisit but new ones are a struggle as we haven’t been to the movies for long with Covid

  • Forrest Gump
    Heat
    You have mail
    All favourites!

  • I’m a big fan of 90s movies!
I love don’t tell mom the babysitters dead, beetlejuice and the Addams family.
Also love 80s classics like 16 candles, pretty in pink and the breakfast club.
I don’t find new movies any good these days. I find they just rip off and remake all the old ones!

  • If you have Amazon Prime there are some good new release ones on there. Charlie’s Angels, little women, knifes out, fantasy island

  • Pippi longstockings
    Anne of Green Gables
    Underworld

  • Last year for Christmas we received ‘The Great Night In, Family Movie Collection.’
My daughter’s favourite movie from this pack is ‘Rise of the Gardians.’ That would be a lovely one for this time of year.
Actually another Christmas movie, if you are up for something silly and a little over the top, is ‘Elf.’
Hmmm, my third movie would be… how about a classic like ‘Home Alone.’ (This is in the movie pack). No, maybe ‘Love Actually’ would go with my list better!
I do love the classics though, like, Madagascar, WallE, Incredibles, Toy Story and Shrek…

  • Love Actually, Bridget Jones’s Diary and 10 Things I Hate About You, Clueless, How to Lose A Guy in 10 Days – all brilliant

  • 1. Driving Miss Daisy.
    2. The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert.
    3. Plains, Trains and Automobiles.

  • Forrest Gump is my favourite. No matter how many times I watch it, I feel sad, happy, angry all of the emotions like its the first watch

  • I have gone back and watched all my favourite from my childhood – Gremlins, Back to the Future, Drop Dead Fred, the Jim Carrey movies like The Mask, The Goonies etc.

  • We have also been revisiting our childhood movies and introducing them to a new generation.

  • We have been having a good time revisiting and discovering classic movies and these are often available at the library.

  • North by Northwest,The godfather part 2,The good the bad and the ugly,Cheers Krusty.
