L’oreal would have to be the best make-up you can buy for an affordable price.

I think it depends on personal taste and your budget. For example I think it is important to buy a good nightcream with nutrients so your skin absorbs it overnight . I am using Neutrogena. Yet I don’t believe in spending heaps for an eyeliner and currently happy with my Kajal pencil from Essence. A lot of budget brands is good so it is good to test a bit of everything so you know what suits you or not . Hope you find one you like .
