  • A treadmill is a must

  • Great advice yes walking if free but that’s okay if you can get out. I have trouble so need something in the house to get health back help with my lungs etc.

  • I BOUGHT AN EXERCISE BIKE FOR $100 from big w. buy something cheap and if you love it, then buy something better. Also walking is free

  • I’d go a treadmill, then you can start with walking and build up to running. Interval running is a great way to boost fitness and burn fat! F

  • I have an exercise bike. Good for cardio. I also got an app called free workouts and have an exercise mat and a couple of weights and do this 3/4 times a week. As long as you are motivated you don’t need a fancy machine just will power and some basics.

  • Save money and find things around the house. Cans/bottles for weights/ chair for exercise moves, run on the beach etc. If you do want to get something I love with kettle bells! Got a variety of weights in a pack from Big W and was only around $50 and comes with a workout dvd

  • Either a treadmill or crosstrainer. For arms you could do push ups and dips.

  • Yes that sounds great. I need it to build my legs and arms back up,

  • ‘Steppers’ are fabulous! They give you a great cardio workout in a limited space. The upper body handles switch focus and intensity from legs to arms allowing you to vary your routine and increase overall body development. It’s great for toning leg and hip muscles and helps to improve balance and coordination.

  • I Use a cross trainer and watch TV four times a week
