Taking advantage of all the kids being at the parks and such. We home school, my kids look forward to the excessive amounts of kids around…lol. We also stayed at my F-I-L’s caravan during the holidays, the kids found an abundance of new kids to play with. Happy little campers here..lol

picnics, walks, bike rides, free activities, painting, reading and baking

The first week we stayed in most of the time because the weather was so unpredictable and miserable. This second week we’ve been catching up with friends, and have been to local attractions.

Unfortunately the flu hit our house these holidays but hopefully over the next few days we’ll get the chance to get out and about and enjoy the weather and some sunshine.

My daughter so far had 2 sleepovers, we went to the Community Museum for a “Movie Magic” workshop. Next week she will have a “Circus workshop”. She’s playing with the friends in our street. We’d like to bring her horse riding maybe during the weekend.
It’s so nice to be on school holiday!

We are hoping to go camping too but so far we have just been catching up with friends. Today was the first day we just relaxed at home.

today we went to a festival, other than that we have been checking out all the free activities at the local shopping centres. it has been raining so we haven’t been able to go to the park or beach like we usually do.

We are currently putting in a veggie garden. The kids are loving it and so am I. Great weather to be outside too
