Hello!

What is the best treatment for nappy rash? My little one is teething and always has horrible nappy rash at the same time, Sudocream has seemed to work in the past but not this time – any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  • I have always used paw paw but we don’t often get nappy rash!

  • We swear by sudocream! Also nappy free time when can.

  • I too found Sudocrem to be the best for nappy rash. My other suggestion would be to go nappy-free for an hour or so each day. You could put a waterproof tarp down on the floor to catch any accidents.

  • I love Sudocreme. Cleared up nappy rash and redness really quickly! I also use it under babys neck folds when they get red.

  • Sudocream is fantastic. I used to apply it more thickly when it seemed that nappy rash was starting

  • I like Curash. I’ve also tried egg white applied to the rash, which also works. It’s all about what works for you, requires some testers

  • Cornflour straight on after letting your child’s bottom air dry a while, it helps dry it out.

  • Sudocream or and nappy rash cream that is zinc based.

  • keep him clean at nappy change using a wet washer and let some air get at it and keep using the barrier cream

  • Try corn flour!!

  • The best think to use in cornflour. It works really well and is really cheap. Just use it like talcum.

  • I used Lansinoh for the best nappy rash treatment for my son.

  • nappy off time, changing frequently, i like little innoscents soothing cream and also cjs butter for nappy rash. dont really like anything zinc based it just makes a mess!

  • I hope you found something that worked well, its hard seeing your little on uncomfortable!

  • A little bit of time to air and some paw paw ointment.

  • I swear by Desertin cream.

  • I can not recommend pawpaw ointment enough.

  • Also corn flour helps, similar to baby powder but you just get it from the pantry and wollah it works for us as well.

  • I have the same thing and asked a midwife and they suggested egg whites. to use your finger and rub onto babies bottom and should dry up the rash and get rid of it.

  • Hope you managed to get bubs nappy rash cleared up
