  • I tried octopus soup once – not a fan.

  • I ate harkal which is fermented shark. Um, a delicacy to some I’m sure but I’ll never try it again!!

  • not really lol. i am pretty standard. lol yeah they say that durian tastes like heaven, smells like hell lol

  • Probably Rabbit and Pigeon. I don’t think i’d try anything too different lol

  • I haven’t eaten anything strange personally, couldn’t stomach the thought of it haha
My brother has eaten some questionable things while in the Philippines visiting his girlfriends family…

  • I’ve had rabbit a few times it takes just like chicken, my husband is the adventurous one he’s tried many different things. My eldest daughter loves kangaroo but I can’t bring myself to try it!

  • I like to know what l’m eating but my partner has eaten pigeon and he said it was tasty!

  • mom90758 – would love to see this and taste it. The reactions to this are incredible!

  • I am not very adventurous with strange food, but I did try the Durian in Malaysia.
It has a very special smell. For me it smells like feet. Ha! Ha!
They say that or you love it immediately or you hate it forever! Well I definitely hate it!! :-)

  • The more you travel, the less familiar foods you tend to come across. Snail and chicken feet probably top my list.

  • Frogs legs and snails on a date!

  • I’ve tried tripe (awful) and sheep’s brain (didn’t taste too bad, but the thought of eating brain was off-putting).

  • I’m not very adventurous. So I reckon wallaby and venison would be my most adventurous
