  • Beer for daddy and chocolate for mummy lol.
Not sure how much your want to spend but a few pampering things for mum and usually for dad some stuff based on hobbies he has e.g. if he likes fishing then some lures and line.

  • I would have loved a “voucher” for baby sitting!!!

  • Life get hectic with the arrival of new born or let’s say our priority changed.may be a relaxing foot spa for the mum and back massage for dad…

  • Gold class tickets for a night out, chocolates, relishes, cheeses, gourmet biscuits and wine!

  • Pamper products – his and her beauty products. Coffee & tea sachets and chocolates & biscuits, movie tickets & dinner vouchers.

  • That is really nice. I am a mother and I love lots of things in hampers such as foods eg biscuits ( tin or home made ) , sweets ( I like sugarless ) or small items such as socks , underwear ( know the size of course ), hankerchief . Small jewellerys are nice if you know what they like etc. Good luck with this .

  • Tea, coffee, biscuits
Bbq stuff like sauces, steak knives, bbq tools, booze
Licorice, chocolate, biscuits, white christmas, lollies, candies ect…

Just a few there, but obviously anything you like =)

  • I made a hamper for my friends after they had a bub which included a trashy mag, a puzzle book (they enjoy doing them) and then I bought tea, coffee, biscuits, soda water, juice etc so they had something for themselves but also something to offer unexpected guests. I also gave them a “time out” card so they could have some grown up time whilst I baby sat

  • What a wonderful and thoughtful friend you are! Have you done the hamper now? I think it depends what theme ie food (gourmet treats are great), pampering (hair treatment, face mask, fluffy slippers, eye mask, hot chocolate), or entertainment (quickflix or netflix voucher, books, magazines).

  • Coffee vouchers, magazines, feet pampering kit, eye mask, massage voucher, coffee making supplies

  • New Release Dvd, Bottle of Wine and Microwave Popcorn.
    Movie Tickets and Babysitting Voucher

  • A voucher for a meal at a restaurant plus babysitting during that time. :-)

  • Definitely massage lotion and body cream
    Scented candles
    Bottle of bubbly
Some time out vouchers – you take bub for an hour or two or an evening so they can go out or relax or sleep.
Offer to do some housework – mow the lawn, clean the windows, do some washing or cook some meals.

  • I think Massage oil / essentisl oil will be great , for them to relax :)

  • Shopping vouchers, massage and spa vouchers, perfumes, special gadgets

  • I had a friend who put all the more practical things in new wash basket, washing liquid, soap powder, other cleaning and household items. Then some luxuries as well, and decorated it nicely. It was always appreciated, it saved a few dollars for a while on the grocery bill.

  • A voucher for a nice meal out. A bottle of champagne. Some pamper products for mum. A car wash voucher for dad. Some munchies that they love. A photo frame for the first family picture, or a voucher for a photography session. Some handmade thank you cards for them to send to people who have sent/given gifts (don’t forget postage stamps!)

  • Maybe some vouchers for Housework/Shopping Chores/Babysitting or time out from Bub. A dinner/night out voucher.
    Coffee or Camomile Tea.
Nice pamper items, like masks or lotions.

  • What a lovely idea! For hospital I found things like lib balm, hand cream and breast gel discs (so soothing ) and a nice notebook to record those first few days in really handy, also handy at home. Some snacks like fruit and nut, bars and their favourite chocolate. A voucher for an in home hair treatment or massage or similar?

  • relaxation candles
    sleep mask
    dry shampoo
    no doz
    food voucher
    pre made dinners
    cleaning voucher
