With my boys, they were about 18 months old. With my daughter, I started offering from when she was 2, but she refused until she was 7 years old.

My little boy had his first hair cut at 4 months old

My daughter is a teenager with curly hair and I still cut her hair. It’s easy to disguise any mistakes with curls.

My first born was around 10 months – but he was a boy… not sure about my daughter as she is still a baldy at 7.5 months

I honestly can’t remember as I’ve always cut my daughter’s hair and she’s now a teenager.

My DD had her first haircut when she was 1. Now she is 2.5 and haven’t had another one.

I had their hair cut to keep it neat and tidy when they were around 2-3 years.

yeah i waited until my daughter was nearly at school, full curly hair, cut it and it is still curly!

My son’s 14 months and has the curliest hair so we have been putting off him getting a haircut as i don’t want him to lose his curls, although it is starting to get a little wild lol

Yay I am not the only one who didn’t get their children’s hair cut until later

I was like that with my son, he had lovely blonde curls I was reluctant to have cut off. My mum ended up taking him out one day and bought him back with shorter hair :/ My daughter didn’t really have a decent head of hair til she was 3

My daughter is the only one who’s had a “haircut” if you can even call it that lol. My children grow hair very slowly, they get this from me as I didn’t have more then peach fuzz until I was 2. My daughter got a few wisps cut off when she was about 2-2 1/2 and has only had her fringe cut since. It really depends on how much hair they have and what you prefer.

My daughter was quite old too. 2 and a half years old maybe. My husband cut her hair. I still have a picture with my daughter pulling very strange faces! 🙂
