It varies a lot and often not until 18 month or older. My sons was very late closing and I just got it checked regularly and all was OK. He’s now 6. If you are concerned, get it checked.

It’s around 12-18 months I think, if memory serves me well. It’s freaky isn’t it, seeing that soft spot, knowing their brain is just through the skin. Scared me a little :/

yeah i thought that it was by 2 years old. the first comment says earlier. ask your baby health nurse for advice about it.

It is different for every child, I guess it also comes down to their development my oldest son was a premmie and his seemed to take forever to close fully he was about 15 months. for the other two kids it was closer to about 11 months.

I think its generally between 1-2 years.

Google says between 9 and 18 months. Good question!
