Hello!

I am looking for a good fitting bra. I am sick of buying ones with underwire cause they just hurt and are annoying to wear. Is there any good shops that stock ones that fit properly?

  • A specialist lingerie store for bra fitting. Only issue is, you get fitted there, then find out those sizes from other stores don’t fit. The usual issues with clothes fitting

  • Any specialised bra/lingerie shop will do bra fittings…the only thing is that you’ll have to pay quite a bit

  • Definitely go to a specialist store with fitters that can help you.

  • Go to Myer or David Jones and do a fitting with one of their specialists – I’d then ask them to recommend some good bras for exactly what you’re looking for and they should point you in the right direction!

  • Bras n things! They have assistants that can help find the right fit

  • Specialised bra/lingerie shops do bra fittings. Only thing is, if you want to continually buy good fitting bras, you’ll need to buy the expensive ones from same/similar shops. As with clothed, what fits from one store, doesn’t fit from another

  • Bras N Things will do a free bra fitting, and I’ve always been happy with their bras and sizing’s.

  • If you find out, let me know

  • I buy at city chic as I am plus size, but I have also always found Myers staff quite helpful if you have one nearby.

  • Since finishing breast feeding I just can’t stand the feeling of underwire also – completely feel your pain! I had success at Myer with a bra fitting and also quite like cotton on body bras for just everyday!

  • Myer does bra fittings and when they have sales the big brands can go really cheap.

  • Bras and things is a great place. Please make sure you find a bra fitter to assist you prior to making a selection

  • I like Intimo, they are expensive but the quality is amazing and they do last.

  • My friends have all recently recommended Intimo to me – they said they are a great bra thats good quality.

  • Have you tried getting a proper, professional bra fitting? You might not be wearing the right size.

  • Bonds…honestly you cannot beat them.

  • Specialised lingerie stores would be your best bet. I agree with you about the underwires……OUCH

  • Best to .get a fitting

  • Getting fitted at specialty shops means you can then shop around for the best bras.

  • I get fitted at specialty shops.
