Have a look on Facebook marketplace, buy/swap/sell groups or gumtree. People may have what you’re looking for at a fraction of the cost. People may spend thousands of dollars on prams (I think it’s ridiculous). There is nothing wrong with using a second hand pram if you clean it.

If you want new, the strider compact is amazing and can have a second seat. I love that it’s not the twin prams that are too wide!

Second hand should be anybody’s best friend when it comes to something like this.. Honestly, gumtree, facebook groups etc.

Check gumtree everyday. Hell check twice a day or as often as you can. Just have it on your computer or laptop browser and refresh when you get the chance. Know what you want. Know how to tell how old the model it and don’t take someone’s word for it check in baby stores too and ask on facebook pages.

check op-shops, for sale lists in papers too,put up posters wanted in supermarkets and newsagents as well do. also buy the for-sale magazine, published each week. Forget the name but newsagent will know what you mean. eBay if you use it too is another way to go look. childcare centres may help to, all the best it is true

Sometimes Target, BigW and Kmart get these sorts of things in at a good price. Also maybe check ebay or gumtree (unwanted/unused gifts are great buys)

I got my side by side stroller from Big W for $199 – love it! Otherwise, check out your local buy swap and sell sites on facebook, I often see a lot of single and double prams for sale on my local pages.

Kmart have twin strollers for less than $100

I would suggest if possible hiring one from a baby hire shop for a few weeks to a month and seeing if your kids will even sit in it before buying one, as some kids hate them and this can save you a big outlay if your oldest decides to just walk instead

Have a look at gumtree or ebay if you know what you are looking for, we bought a toddler seat for our pram, but my son didn’t like being in the back and quickly became to big to fit underneath the seat on top. Good luck.
