  • Always used avent natural and worked well but guess depends on baby. He might not like them

  • I like tommee tippee

  • I used Medela for my first (using the calma teat) as I was expressing a lot and using the Medela pump so it was easier to use their bottles. After he graduated from the Calma teat, rather than buy more teats for Medela, we moved onto Closer to Nature as we had been given a pack of bottles and teats. We had no issues with either. My second never liked the Medela Calma teat so we moved straight to Closer to Nature with her. I love Closer to Nature because it is not too expensive and readily available at supermarkets in case you need a bottle or teat at weird hours of the night!

  • Hi, in my personal experience stay away from Avent. They leak and are an absolute nightmare! You baby will wind up soaked through in the middle of the night… Trust me you don’t want that if you can avoid it. I tried Avent numerous times so it was not just one bad bottle. When bub number 2 arrived I switched to Pigeon and swear by them. Never had any trouble what’s so ever and the teat is meant to mimic a nipple. We chose the wide neck ones.

  • Avent, medela or closer to nature are all good trusted brands

  • I used avent for my foster children and have been happy with them. I am expecting my first child soon and although I plan to breastfeed, I may also express and am planning on using avent as well as closer to nature

  • I used avent with my foster children but also have closer to nature bottles.
Some work better than others for individuals – try baby on some and see how he / she goes.
Medela is a brand friends love…

  • I used avent for all my children. The bottles are durable and teats are good quality. I also used a breast pump with fitted these as well making the process easier.

  • I use the avent breast pump/bottles

  • Depends on ur baby.

  • Honestly it’s going to be what works best for baby, I use tommee tippee the tears are natural and are the same shape as nipple etc. best of luck!

  • We used Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature (now just closer to nature). We tried about 4 types before including Avent, Pigeon, Medela and cheaper ones. We found the CTN ones limited gas issues and were a more natural shape. However, some babies just won’t take to some shapes. Our girls were fussy with dummy shapes

  • Avent

  • definitely advent for both

  • If you have been breastfeed Pigeon is amazing! Its the only one that my bub would take and loves

  • I like Avent bottles, haven’t tried other brands

  • The best brand of bottle is the one that your baby takes without fuss.

  • Nuk bottles seemed the best for mine – but the designs have changed since then

  • Avent have always been really popular, just about all my friends and family used or still use them.

  • Avent, Nuk, Timmee Tippee, there are stacks to choose from
