HALF PRICE Freezer Items Only For One Day at Woolworths

Check out your local Woolworths ASAP!

Savvy shoppers at the Woolworths Maryborough store in Queensland were excited to notice a sign advertising half price on ALL FREEZER ITEMS this Thursday, March 14.

The note advised customers the sale was for online delivery and pick-up only – meaning shoppers would have to purchase their items through the Woolworths website.

Posted on the Markdown Addicts Australia Facebook page, fellow bargain hunters were interested to know if the sale extended nationwide.

While the sign has only been advertised in the Maryborough store, other shoppers who claim to work at Woolworths locations around the country claim the sale extends to all stores.

‘All stores ! Excludes price dropped and low price always items.

Another added: ‘It’s all stores on the 14th March … I work at Woolies in Canberra and its on next Week.’

What Woolworths Says

The official word from Woolworths is that:

“A selection of freezer items will be half price this Thursday 14 March until 11.59 AEDT or while stocks last. This offer is Australia wide, and online only. The promotion excludes Woolworths branded, Low Price Always and Prices Dropped products. More information will be available online on Thursday.”

Definitely need to jump online and check that out on Thursday!

Did online order yesterday for the 1/2 price sale..got email say my order was ready for pickup with list of products purchased.when collected noticed stuff not there like half the order.checked invoice and products were out of stock and a refund is on its way to you..well not happy as half order wasnt there no one notified me nor did anyone tell me when collected

First time ever have I done online shopping but today is a first
This is awesome. I purchased named brand frozen chips, sausage rolls,party pies. It’s great because when you are unwell to cook or tired then pop these in the oven simple to follow steps(for my husband because he doesn’t no how to cook) if I’m not well or just had enough cooking for the week) I’ll ask him to make family tea. His answer is son get the phone & Chinese menu its takeaway.
Also great to stock up on some fish for Good Friday and school holidays are around the cnr and my kids are always hungry stock up on meals..

Wow. This is the first time I have heard about this. Maybe I’ll receive an email from Woolies tomorrow. My freezer is full but maybe I can find a little extra room for this deal.

This would be great if you live near a store but, since I live 2 hours away from the closest store, it wouldn’t be worth the fuel I’d need to get there and back.
