Hot Chocolate Just Went Up Another Level!

With the weather turning cold this week who hasn’t reached for a warming cup of hot chocolate? And now it has gone up a whole new level with this amazing new flavour from Allen’s.

Your favourite chocolate has now joined forces with Nestle creating the Golden rough – coconutty hot choc flavour.

Allen’s Lollies shared the new flavour on social media, “Our Allen’s hot chocolate range has a NEW friend…and we are coconuts for it!”

I have purchased the Jaffa flavour and its just fantastic. Love a great hot chocolate.

I didn’t need to know this…I would like to try the Fantales one. But i don’t think it would be a long term thing – i try to be a bit healthier

Although chocolate and cocnut sounds like a nice combi, I woudn’t buy any of these sachets.
I buy a healthier raw chocolate drink which I use every now and then for the kids. I don’t mind much myself.

I haven’t picked up one and read the ingredients but I’m guessing they may already have milk powder in them….or traces of it. Not suitable if you are lactose intolerant. It gets boring having to check them. Worse still suppliers change ingredients so you can have a safe one and some that aren’t on the same shelf.

  Yes, you almost need to read the label of every single packet, carton or bottle you buy. We discovered that with Gluten Free Products for a person with Coelic Disease too.
  Some have “may contain traces of” on their label too.

I think I might have to pop the coconut rough into my Trolley this week! It’s probably super sweet but as a treat I think it should be OK

These could be good. I think I would prefer to just eat the lollies but no doubt others would enjoy a hot drink
