For those who don’t like puddings such as that above, you could cheat and make a boiled fruit cake.
After cooking it remove it from the tin, decorate the top and sides with maltesers and pour custard over it just before serving. Some may prefer cream or icecream be served with it instead of custard poured over it.

I’m not a fan of the traditional fruit pudding. This looks like a much more delicious version suited to my tastes

A malteser pudding is certainly interesting and different and potentially yummy.

Maltesers are my favourite but I never thought of chucking them in a cake….mainly because they are in my tummy within 15 minutes of me buying them hehe. But this looks simple and great will have to give this one a try. Thanks for the recipe!
