Hello!

Do you remember that scene from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory where that jaw-chomping Violet tried out the three-course-feast chewing gum? Well, the creative clogs at KitKat have invented something similar, except you don’t turn into a giant blueberry after eating it.

The KitKat Chocolatory has just launched a surprise Christmas treat, which brings together the flavours of a traditional Aussie Christmas dinner in a KitKat bar.

This limited-edition Christmas Feast features four single finger KitKat creations designed by KitKat Chocolatory Head Chocolatier, Connie Yuen.

The Four Courses Of The KitKat Christmas Feast

The feast gets going with a classic appetiser inspired by a combination of prosciutto, melon and Champagne. The first chocolate finger features a delicate balance of French champagne, fragrant melon & crispy salty prosciutto, paired with creamy white chocolate and crisp batch baked wafers.

Next up, the flavours of traditional Aussie baked ham with a delectable orange and clove glaze is nestled inside smooth milk chocolate and KitKat’s iconic wafers.

The third finger is a honey glazed carrots side dish with a twist and stars carefully dried carrots & honey glaze with smooth milk chocolate and crisp wafers.

A Christmas feast is just not festive without the pud. So this unconventional feast is topped off with a Christmas pudding with brandy custard dessert. The KitKat interpretation of this is smooth milk chocolate, crisp wafer, plump currants and spiced milk ganache, finished off with a brandy custard drizzle. YUM!

“A hub of innovation, the KitKat Chocolatory is always looking for ways to create memorable experiences for our fans.

“We love experimenting with unexpected flavours, and this year we wanted to reimagine a traditional Christmas Dinner. We’re excited to have turned fantasy into a reality by creating the four-course KitKat Christmas Feast that we are sure will Fill Your Break With Wonder,” said Ms Yuen said.

Where To Get It

The KitKat Chocolatory Christmas Feast is priced at $25 and will be available to buy exclusively from the KitKat Chocolatory boutiques in Mid City Sydney and Melbourne Central, and online at kitkat.com.au with delivery nationwide.

  • Oh boy, meat flavoured chocolate. Sounds… Interesting.

  • No thank you! I dont think that I would like that

  • It sounds good to me!

  • Very unusual flavours to have in chocolate but if I was to pick a favourite it would be the honey glazed carrots. I honestly wouldn’t spend $25 for 4 bars though. Think it’s more for the person who loves the unusual.

  • Not sure about those flavours in chocolate and not everyone has ham.

  • Yummy and super fancy

  • An interesting dilemma. I think I would like to try the First Course.

  • KitKats are my all-time favourite chocolate. It would definitely be interesting to try these ‘Christmas Feast’ flavours. The Christmas pudding with brandy custard dessert finger does sound very enticing , I must say!

  • I am not keen on the savoury options at all!

  • This does NOT sound appealing to me at all! My idea of a four course chocolate meal includes, snack chocolate (all the flavours!), dairy milk chocolate, marvellous creations (for that little crunch!) with a side order of milky bar (white chocolate is a vegetable anyway!) and Turkish delight for dessert!

  • Don’t know that I would be game enough to spend that money on chocolate that isn’t sweet.

  • What an interesting concept of flavours. I suppose I would be interested in the Pud & French Champagne flavours. I would have them with a Baileys after the main meal. The two other flavours, I’m sure would tempt those with a curious palette. Something for the grown ups. I’m impressed Connie! We all like something sweet!!

  • Sounds different but I’m also not sure it sounds appetising…

  • I don’t know how i feel about savoury dishes being turned into chocolate!
Not to mention the price is a bit steep for four fingers…

  • Ham and chocolate does not appeal to me at all..

  • The Christmas pudding sounds great, the others sound gross! Not my thing at all
