Kmart has issued a recall for a wooden shape sorter house due to choking concerns.

In a statement Kmart said, “At Kmart, we take the quality and safety of our products very seriously, which is why we are issuing a recall of the Wooden Shape Sorting House.

“Due to a manufacturing defect, if the product is dropped, the screws may fall out of the handle in the box. This item was available for purchase between 14 January 2019 and 15 February 2019.

We encourage customers to cease using this product immediately and return to any Kmart store for a full refund, with or without a receipt.”
